Where do you ship to?
We ship to many countries, but offer different terms under our shipping guarantee.
Our shipping guarantee terms will be visible as part of our shipping arrangements at the checkout field for your country.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Nothing! Yes, you heard it right, nothing. Our ninja squad is always ready to deliver your orders to your doorstep, completely free of charge. We believe in making your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
What if my order gets stopped by customs?
This depends on whether your country is covered by our “full guarantee” or “limited guarantee”.
Full Guarantee Countries
As soon as we verify with our shipping partners that your order has been held up at customs, we’ll get on it and send you another one faster than a ninja throwing star. We’ll keep doing this up to two times if need be, all free of charge because that’s how we roll.
If all three attempts fail, we will refund you 100% of your money – no questions asked.

Limited Guarantee Countries
After we have verified this, we will offer you a discount code equivalent to 30% of the amount you have paid for your previous order. This discount code can be applied towards your next attempt. No refund or free reshipment will be provided.
When do you consider a parcel ‘lost’?
Usually, we are able to confirm that a parcel has been seized by customs within 7 days of it arriving within the country (as indicated through the checking number).
However, there are times when we are less sure and may take longer. All that said, we will at the latest deem that a parcel is lost (even if it actually is not) if one calendar month has passed since the last update on the tracking number. For example, if the last update on the tracking number was made on 2 August, we will presume that the parcel is lost if no further updates are made by 2 September.
How long before I get my order?
We can’t promise when you’ll receive it. We’d be lying and we do not do that, ninja honour. We promise we will ship within 24 hours of your order, and will provide you with tracking number within 72 hours. We ship directly from our regulated pharmacies in India, so shipping might take a while. But hey, as we ninjas always say, patience is a virtue.

Do you sell other types of medication?
No.
While we can, we chose not to.
We believe in doing good for society (or at least not harming society) and have decided firmly against offering any medication that has high-risk or abuse, or any medication that poses a higher risk of injury. While more profits are always welcome, we believe that this should not be at the expense of our customers’ health or societal good.
Do you sell other brands of modafinil and armodafinil?
No.
